Ghost Carbon is a 501(c)(3) non profit founded by Steven Van Alen in 2015 in Las Angeles, California. It was the first non-profit in the world to advocate for cleaner practices in the landscape sector.

Why Landscape Equipment?

Landscape equipment contributes significantly to local pollution (10-15%) and wakes people up early on their day off. Gas-powered equipment exposes landscapers to harmful emissions, loud noise, physical strain, and long-term health risks. By switching to battery power, we can solve multiple major problems at once.
